K9 Joney Nelson

Joney faithfully served the Summerville police department for 3 years alongside his partner FTO. Nelson. Over the course of his career he seized numerous amounts of narcotics and tracked dangerous suspects. Joney also attended many events throughout the Summerville community. Joney was always so eager to work and protect his partner FTO. Nelson.

Joney was retired in 2022 and got to live out his retirement days running in his backyard with his red ball and going on many walks. We cannot thank Joney enough for keeping FTO. Nelson and the streets safe.
