OUR BELOVED DEVOTED “CHURCH”

June 12, 2023

Church transitioned and crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully on June 12, 2023. She lived eleven golden years.

In 2012, on a glorious Easter Sunday, a precious beautiful Collie-Hound wandered the sacred ground of our church. This bright –eyed puppy yearned for love and attention. Sadly, she was left at the church for two days.  Our beloved father saw her resting on the church steps waiting patiently for a home. He knew that this cheerful puppy was truly a divine angel. Thus, she was taken home and given the name of “Church”.

Church graced our family with so much joy and unconditional love. She was our comforter, companion, protector and faithful friend. Church was smart and intelligent. She exhibited a powerful inner sense regarding the emotional feelings of everyone she encountered. She won the hearts of many souls.

Church served diligently as our unique servant dog.

Church was physically beautiful and wagged her bushy tail like a big fan in the air when she heard the words “Girlie, Girlie, you are so pretty”. She knew how to elegantly cross her paws.

Church loved to travel and listen to music especially, gospel songs.

We are so grateful and thankful for many friends and family who admired and cherished Church throughout her life.

Church will live in our hearts forever. Gone but never forgotten.
